Waterford Falls is located in Frisco, Texas - approximately 30 miles northwest of Dallas. The city of Frisco borders other Collin and Denton county cities of Plano, McKinney and Little Elm.
Our community is located in northwest Frisco, on
the south side of Main Street with Twin Falls Drive serving as the main entry point. Home construction began in 2000 and concluded in 2004 with 266 homes with a common area containing two pools, fenced playground and park area with a walking trail. Sparks Elementary, Pioneer Middle School and Newman park are all within walking distance making this a great place to live!

The Amenity Center and Pool will be open May 3, 2008. Please log into the secure area to receive the new pool access code. Continue to keep an awareness to suspicious activity and report it to the City of Frisco Police Department.

The 5th Annual Picnic is scheduled for Sunday afternoon of October 5th. More details coming soon.
Architectural Control:
Adding a patio cover,new fence, pool, changing landscaping, adding a play structure or any other exterior change requires an ACC Form be submitted to the HOA per the CCRs. Each change must receive an ACC approval letter PRIOR TO ANY CHANGES BEING MADE.
To submit an ARC form Login, click Resident Services, then click Online Forms to select the ARC form. Complete the form and submit to the association manager at CMA.
