Pay Online and View your account on the Lone Star Management website.

Visit Lone Star Association Management to set up a log in to view your account and pay online.  Select Member Log in in the top right corner of the page, then Click to Register to set up a User Profile and receive your password by e-mail.  Your new Lone Star account number is located on your November assessment statement.  You may also contact your association manager or Lone Star Association Mangement to obtain your new account number. For the present time, you will keep your current log-in for your association website, and create a separate log-in for the Lone Star website.

Waterford Falls is located in Frisco, Texas -   approximately 30 miles northwest of Dallas. The city of Frisco borders other Collin and Denton county cities of Plano, McKinney and Little Elm.

Our community is located in northwest Frisco, on
the south side of Main Street with Twin Falls Drive serving as the main entry point.  Home construction began in 2000 and concluded in 2004 with 266 homes with a common area containing two pools, fenced playground and park area with a walking trail.  Sparks Elementary, Pioneer Middle School and Newman park are all within walking distance making this a great place to live!

Amenity Center and Pool: 
The Amenity Center and Pool is closed for the Fall and Winter season. If you see any signs of vandalism or trespassing, please contact Lone Star Managmentment during normal business hours or call the City of Frisco Police Department after normal hours. 

Architectural Control:
Adding a patio cover,new fence, pool, changing landscaping, adding a play structure or any other exterior change requires an ACC Form be submitted to the HOA per the CCRs. Each change must receive an ACC approval letter PRIOR TO ANY CHANGES BEING MADE.

To submit an ACC form, Log into Lone Star Association Mangement, then click the tab on the left labeled "Documents".  Complete the form and submit to the association manager at Lone Star.
